Yoga provides the means to bring out the best in each individual. Viniyoga is that path. This requires an understanding of present condition, personal potential, appropriate goals, and means available.
Yoga Therapy, derived from the Yoga tradition of Patanjali and the Ayurvedic system of health, refers to the adaptation and application of Yoga techniques and practices to help individuals facing health challenges at any level manage their condition.
Most sessions last approximately 45-60 minutes, with the exception of our first session which is approximately 90 minutes. A minimum of six sessions is recommended, but will vary based on personal intention and goals. Students often study individually for months at a time.
Small group classes take place weekly and are available to those who’ve had previous study with Elizabeth or are current private students. In person presence is strongly encouraged, and a virtual option is available for those unable to be physically present. For more info contact us.

Thai yoga sessions bring deep rest & gentle yoga movements into a profound healing system, leaving you feeling nourished, relaxed, and filled with energy. According to Ayurvedic science, there is an extensive network of energy lines running throughout the body. It is through the massaging and stretching of this network of energy lines that Thai yoga releases tension. By allowing energy to flow more freely, the massage works to alleviate problematic conditions such as lower back pain, arthritis, headaches, digestive difficulties, menstrual problems, and stress-related conditions. Promoting this free flow of energy also works to restore balance and create a deep state of relaxation and well-being for both the client and practitioner.
Thai yoga is done on a mat on the floor to support body movement, and unlike traditional western massages, the recipient is fully clothed in moveable clothing. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing, such as work out wear and pants with elastic waistbands.
Those new to Thai yoga may also choose a one-hour session for $85. This offer is valid only one time for new clients only.
